Summer School Registration

Summer School Registration

Summer school registration is now open!  All registration will take place online at My Payments Plus. Parents of high school students will be able to see a drop down menu on their main login page that says "Summer School".   They will have the option to select from Academic or Enrichment.  Once they select the appropriate drop down menu they will see the course options listed by name.  Parents will be able to register their son or daughter online and pay for the course there.   For a new credit academic course in math or one of the other core areas it is asked that the students check with their school counselor.

Leaders Teaching Leaders

Leaders Teaching Leaders

Davidson has a new leadership club called Leaders Teaching Leaders.  Their goal is to bring all of the leaders of Davidson together to talk about what it truly means to be a leader while providing some important skills like how to leave a legacy, public speaking and much more. Recently, they had the honor of having Dr. Marchhausen as a guest to talk about the Pillars of Leadership and he spoke on his experiences with leadership at our January 23rd meeting. It was a truly inspirational evening and the students loved being able to meet their superintendent! They also went to Avery Elementary before winter break to play interactive games which taught important leadership skills and qualities such as what a true role model is, teamwork and communication. For more information, contact co-founders Natalie Hagy and Kenny Nguyen....
